This Refund Policy is issued by VISION STORY DEVELOPMENTS PTE. LTD., and its affiliates, VISION STORY INTELLIGENCE LIMITED and VISION STORY INC (collectively, "Company", "we", "our", or "VisionStory"). This Refund Policy governs your use of the services and products provided through our website at visionstory.ai and its subdomains (the "Website"), our mobile application Chatzi for iOS and Android (the "Apps"), and other related services (collectively, the "Services").
By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, which forms part of the Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
General Refund Policy
We offer free credits so that users can explore our Services before subscribing. Our subscriptions are activated immediately upon purchase, and charges are processed instantly. We are not a "free trial" model.
Each subscription plan includes clearly defined features and benefits, and users are encouraged to review these details carefully before purchase.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
No Usage After Subscription
If no content has been generated and no credits have been used since the initial subscription began, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a fixed 10% transaction processing fee.Technical Issues Caused by the Company
If a purchased feature or functionality is unusable due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within three (3) business days after receiving a complete report from you, you may request a full or partial refund, depending on the level of usage.Dissatisfaction with Product Output (Special Consideration)
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the product’s output or performance, for the following reasons:- Output quality can be subjective and highly context-dependent.
- AI-generated content varies by case. What works well in one scenario may not perform equally in another. Many issues can be improved via our help center or by contacting our support team.
- We provide free credits so you can test the product and evaluate its quality before making a purchase.
- Our pricing reflects a careful balance between generation quality, speed, and affordability. Judging output quality in isolation is not a fair assessment.
However, if you still believe your case qualifies for a refund, you may submit a request via email with the following:
- A sample of the generated output and a clear explanation of your dissatisfaction.
- (Strongly encouraged) A comparison showing significantly better output from the same prompt on another platform.
We will review your case and make a decision at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Cases
Renewal Charges (Subscription Renewals)
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Our Services operate on a subscription model, and recurring billing supports ongoing service availability and platform stability.
We provide:- Clear guidance on how to cancel subscriptions in our Help Center and Pricing pages.
- Dedicated support for handling cancellation-related requests.
If you believe you successfully attempted to cancel and it failed due to a technical issue on our side, please provide relevant evidence, and we will evaluate the refund eligibility.
Refund Amount Calculation
Partial refunds are calculated based on unused credits or unutilized subscription time. The following will be deducted from the original purchase:
- The value of credits already consumed (calculated based on standard usage rates).
- Redeemed bonuses or promotional credits.
- A fixed 10% transaction processing fee.
Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first subscription purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at feedback@visionstory.ai. Your request must include:
- The email address linked to your VisionStory account.
- A clear and specific explanation of the issue.
- Screenshots or other supporting materials, if applicable.
Final Decision
All refund requests are subject to review by VisionStory. We reserve the right to approve or reject any request at our sole discretion, based on the terms of this policy. All refund decisions are final.
